Refund requests submitted within 24 hours will receive a full refund. However, if your application has been completed and your certificate has been sent, you will not be eligible for a refund.
To cancel your order, notify us immediately, as we cannot cancel orders that have already been submitted. According to the Distance Selling Regulations 2000, all processed orders are considered ‘custom,’ and the statutory 7-day return period does not apply.
After submitting your order, one of our customer service advisers will contact you to confirm the information provided. If we do not receive the requested documentation within 30 days, your application will be considered incomplete, voided, and no refund will be issued.
